Refund policy

Our goal is to maximize your satisfaction levels to the best of our abilities and make your experience on the website as pleasant as possible. Below are the terms of exchange, what we do and do not accept. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Making a purchase indicates that you have read, accept, understand and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions

- Orders once placed will not be canceled for any reason or exchanged for any other product. It is not advisable to raise issues regarding full or partial cancellation of an order once placed.

- If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, that item may be exchanged for an item of equivalent value or of additional value, provided that the additional price may be paid.

- As per company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once products are sold out they can only be exchanged for replacement.

- Mahaviralinone will not honor return, refund or exchange requests made for any of its products unless the damage is caused prior to delivery.


- Buyer can make a replacement or exchange request when the product does not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or if the wrong product is received. In any case, the customer must send a video of opening the parcel and showing valid proof. Buyer must place a return request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement.

- We will issue replacement, exchange or refund, whichever is possible for us, provided that the damaged product is reshipped to the address requested by us within 3 days of delivery by the buyer.

- Replacement will be provided only.

- Please note that all products purchased under sale or using coupons/discount codes will not be valid for any returns/exchanges/refunds.

- No returns/exchanges/refunds on accessories and international shipping.

- If the product is not received in its original condition, or is found damaged or in use, Mahaviralinone reserves the right to refuse to return the product purchased from us. All returned products must be notified to (number) within 3 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 business days of order. We will require you to provide all original documents along with the product.

Refund
Do we issue refunds?

We do not issue refunds.

Exception:
If we do not have your purchased item in your required size or is not the same exact item in case of any other issue, we will provide store credit in such cases. Validity of store credit will be 1 month. You have to use it and make purchases within this period.
